"Corten steel is a surface corrosion-resistant steel used in architecture, landscaping, and exterior construction due to its aesthetic appeal and resilience against atmospheric conditions.

To enhance its resistance to atmospheric corrosion, five alloys have been incorporated into the steel, forming a self-protecting layer of oxides.

The cooking plate, crafted from one and a half inches of high-speed steel (ARS/HSS/T1), stands as one of the most durable steels for high-temperature applications. Its exceptional abrasion resistance is attributed to its robust alloy composition, featuring prominent carbide-producing elements like tungsten and vanadium.

With a 20-degree angle designed to channel cooking oils to the center of the fire and minimize damage, the plate represents the core component of the brazier. Its design is both distinctive and exclusive."
